I've found out this is true: We really do put up with raising our children to be blessed with grandchildren. I have 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. My great-grandson has turned one year. What fun!

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I joined a book club when I retired. I love to read and work in my yard.

Any hobbies?

Even though I am totally not an athlete, I love to play golf. We were members of Millwood for years. Don't play as much now, but when I accepted the fact that I wasn't going to get better as I got older, I've found I enjoy it even more.
2023-24:I've been playing more golf this year and love it.

I'd rather read a good book than watch TV.

I remember when we were neighbors on Cutler Court. Gene almost caught the guy who broke into our house. Probably best he didn't because Gene was carrying a 357 Magnum at the time.

Have a safe Christmas. Mine will certainly be different this year. I was with ten family members for dinner Thanksgiving and eight have tested positive for Covid; one in the hospital and one with pneumonia. I quarantined the required time, but I did not get it.
